“I just wanted to say what a pleasure it is to do business with someone who is a total professional in all the transactions over the past 21 years. I can always count on a straight, well-informed answer from you and all of your employees. If you don’t have an answer, you are always honest with me and will research the subject until some solution can be found. If more people ran a business the way Westwood Power Tools runs theirs, it would be a much better world. I have never felt like you and your staff are anything less than totally upfront about any aspect of sales or service that goes on in your shop.

In addition to all the work related items through the years, you saved my bacon by letting me use your book of wedding speeches. That in itself was a major feather in your cap, along with getting me out of what could have been a decidedly awkward situation.
